Application For Residency

We have designed this application to assure that prospective residents are able to take full advantage of the lifestyle available at Westminster Village. We also need to know that residents will be able to afford the cost of the apartment and still have enough available to live comfortably while meeting all personal obligations during their residency.

This application is also designed to provide for the protection and benefits of all residents in the Village by ensuring standards for residency. As a prospective resident, you must be capable of participating in community functions and be compatible with the community lifestyle at Westminster.

Please be assured that all information furnished in this application will be held in strictest confidence, to be used only for evaluating your compatibility with residency.

Individual applications are required for couples. A personal interview is required before final approval of your application.

Upon final approval of your application, the appropriate agreement is signed. The resident then has 60 days to move in. If the Full Occupancy program is selected, the Full Occupancy Fee is collected at this time. The monthly service fee begins the day of occupancy.

If the monthly lease program is selected, the monthly lease fee and monthly service fee begin upon occupancy.
